with a Difference
Our focus is to be the BEST, not the biggest
Every NDIS plan is unique, so we assign you a dedicated Plan Manager to support your individual needs. We handle invoice payments, track your budget, and provide regular financial reports to keep you informed.
We process all invoices and reimbursements on the day we receive them. Payments are made via HICAPS and typically reach providers within 2–3 business days, with remittances sent directly.
We’re an independent family-run business that prioritises personalised service, fast responses, and helping you understand every part of your NDIS plan.
The NDIS covers the full cost of Plan Management, so there’s no out-of-pocket expense for you.

OUR STORY
Growing up with a brother who has Down Syndrome meant that living with someone with different abilities was my “normal”. It wasn’t until I was well into school age that I realised what I experienced at home was not the common experience.
My brother could be described as a cheeky larrikin who always manages to see the good in every situation. I could go on for days about all the things I have learned from my big brother, but the biggest impact has been his ability to show me what unconditional love means. To love someone without limit or qualification is something he does with abundance.
I noticed from an early age the gaps in accessing appropriate services and supports and the impact this had on my brother’s wellbeing and ability to live his best life. What started with advocacy for my brother has now led to my passion to advocate for others living in our community with different abilities. I see Plan Management as a way of supporting people to access necessary assistance to ensure that living with a disability does not mean living with barriers.
NDIS Plan Management is a support service that helps National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants manage the financial aspects of their NDIS plans. A Plan Manager acts as a financial intermediary between the participant, service providers, and the NDIS, ensuring that funds are used appropriately and efficiently. This service includes processing and paying invoices, tracking budget spending, and providing regular financial reports to participants.
The NDIS provides additional funding specifically for engaging a Plan Manager, ensuring there are no out-of-pocket expenses for you. This funding falls under the ‘Improved Life Choices’ category of your Plan, it includes a one-off setup fee of $232.35 and a monthly fee of $104.45.
Yes, you can change Plan Managers at any time if you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving. Please get in touch with us so we can assist you to change Plan Managers.
A Plan Manager is responsible for paying providers for delivered supports, helping you monitor your funds, and providing financial reports. A Support Coordinator, on the other hand, assists you in understanding and implementing the supports outlined in your plan, connects you with providers and other community and government services, and helps you develop skills and direction.
